- First of all we determine the current market value of the property.
- In the next step we get power of attorney to sell this property. This puts us in the condition to renew the object at our costs.
- If after this the property fits the market requirements we’ll add the costs to the price of the property.
- In addition we may take at least a six month period of time to sell the object.
- Beginning with the third month we take on all interest of the object, regardless of the amount of the loan – except repayments.
- Should we not sell the object we will be charging you neither for the renovation, nor for the interests we payed.
